2021 - 2024
I worked at a leading retail company for three years, where I started as a team member and was promoted to shift supervisor in the last two years. I was responsible for managing daily operations and leading a team of more than fifteen employees per shift in a busy and dynamic environment. During this time, I focused on improving workflow, building strong teamwork, and creating a positive experience for both customers and staff. This experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead people with confidence and empathy skills that now play a big role in how I approach my design work.

I’m skilled in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI design tools, with a solid understanding of HTML. I enjoy collaborating in teams and thrive in creative, dynamic projects. I have a strong eye for detail, love solving design challenges, and am passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing experiences. I’m always eager to learn new tools and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends.
